1,000 Book Challenge

This is a personal challenge that builds self motivation and satisfaction in your young child, while significantly improving your child's reading skills.  Each book your child reads is recorded on a list.  Additional pages are stapled on as your child continues to read.  Your child will soon discover that the more he/she reads, the better he/she gets at reading!

"It has been really exciting watching my 3 1/2 year old learn to know his letters, sounds and now read.  He will put out books and want to even read during a favorite TV show!  His ability to self correct really shows me that he is reading vs. just memorizing.  The smile on his face when he reached his goal of 1000 books was one of our proud parent moments!"
             - Carlyn, Cannon Falls, MN
"The book list helps my girls quantify their reading, and they like to see how many books they have read.  Completing the list motivates them to read more as they like to "start a new sheet."  I like the lists because I have an easier time keeping track of how often each of them is or isn't reading with the completion date logged on the bottom.  We are proud of the girls' literacy accomplishments and can see the confidence they have gained with early reading.  This is something they will carry with themselves indefinitely."
              - Shelly, Cannon Falls, MN
"We are genuinely impressed at how well our 3-year old can read.  After reading 1,000 books at Kristyn's day-care, he now gets excited about reading and looks forward to story time every evening.  We couldn't be happier as he prepares for Kindergarten."
                 -Matt, Cannon Falls, MN

These children have completed the 1,000 book challenge!
